Greensprings Plantation and Greensprings West are located off of Rt 5 near and Monticello Road and Greensprings Road. Close to the Target shopping center, Five Forks area, and other great shopping and restaurants.

It's called Greensprings because that the battle of Greensprings took place there, and where Greenspring Plantain once stood. Greensprings, as they call it, is made up of two areas, Greensprings West and Greensprings Plantation. The two neighborhoods combined are not gated, but boast two golf courses, a club house, two pools and two tennis courts. The homes are detached and usually start in the mid 400's and can go up to around $600k-$700k depending on location.
